Honey Drizzled Tilapia
Sorry I was gone for so long. We were on vacation in Washington state out on the peninsula. In the spirit our fresh seafood. Here is what you will need.
1 1/2 cups of honey
2 apples sliced
5 sheets of tin foil
5 5oz portions of Tilapia
2 1/2 oz of creole seasoning
Steps
1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2 Place sliced apples on tin foil sheets
3 Put Tilapia on apple slices
4 Drizzle honey equaly over all fish portions
5 Sprinkle with seasoning
6 Fold tin foil and place in oven for 15 minutes.
7 ENJOY!!!!

Salmon Salad with Blackberries and Mozzarella cheese
Sorry it was a hectic few weeks. So I figured I would start again with something healthy.
Here is what you are going to need.
3 Tablespoons of olive oil
2 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup of fresh Blackberries
1/4 cup of Diced Mozzarella cheese
1 head of Romain lettuce chopped
8 ounces of Grilled Salmon
2 Tablespoons of Salsa
1 Avocado sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Steps
1 Mix olive oil and Balsamic vinegar together.
2 Place lettuce,cheese, blackberries,salsa,Salmon and avocado.
3 Drizzle vinaigrette on top of salad.
4 Salt and Pepper to taste
5 Enjoy!!!
