1 garbace bag
1 sauce pan
2 bags of chips (i.e doritos or tostitos)
1 serving spoon

Place chili, cheese and summer sausage in sauce pan. Cook on medium heat for 7 minutes. During that time dice up onion and tomatoes. Place tomatoes, onions, sour cream, gaucamole, and olives in serving bowls for people to top their nachos with.  Place clean garbage bag on countertop(fyi do not I repeat DO NOT use scented garbage bags). Spread out both bags of chips. Pour the mixture from the saucepan onto the chips. Serve enjoy and after they are all devoured just fold the garbage bag up and throw it away. easy clean up and great nachos.

Just try them at your next party.
